ODS:
To aid the homeless population and through a multidisciplinary intervention, to respond to their needs and to prevent the definitive social exclusion in defined parishes of the Municipalities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
The street teams travel three times a week in Porto and twice a week in Gaia in a mobile unit, duly equipped, providing social, psychological, legal and health support, in a dignified and personalized manner, respecting the privacy of each individual.
Once trust has been established, it is possible to follow each case according to the difficulties presented and send it to Porta Amiga and / or other appropriate institutions.
