To aid the homeless population remaining in the streets and, through a multidisciplinary intervention, to respond to their needs and prevent definitive social exclusion in Lisbon, from the Cais do Sodré area to Sta. Apolónia Station and / or other areas in which the need for intervention is diagnosed.
The street teams travel every day, properly equipped, providing social, psychological, legal and health support, in a dignified and personalized manner, respecting the privacy of each individual.
Once trust has been established, it is possible to follow each case according to the difficulties presented and send it to Porta Amiga and / or other appropriate institutions.
