Active participation of women animators of community radios in all decision-making spheres in the respective stations
Given the tangible existence of gender inequalities, reflected in reduced participation in internal structures and decision-making, the AMI-supported project aims to contribute to the active participation of women animators in community radios, strengthening women’s capacity, reducing women’s Gender barriers in community radios and raising awareness and support of the population for relevant issues, including equal rights and combating gender-based violence.
