It is estimated that more than 200,000 children in Uganda die every year due to common diseases such as cholera, typhoid, diarrhea, pneumonia, malaria and measles. Access to health care in rural areas is limited. This project will contribute to the construction of healthier communities, with improved access to drinking water through the repair and construction of water sources. The main objectives are to improve and strengthen community hygiene and health through partnerships between community health promoters and trainers and to develop a system for monitoring and evaluating results.
